In September 2012 Sonja Duncan will join 13 other women from all over the world to hike three majestic Peruvian peaks high in the Andes of South America. The group will follow the Inca Trail over Runkarakay Pass to Machu Picchu, hiking to the summit of Huayruropunco (5,541m), Yayamari (5,764m) and Machu Picchu (2,794m) and will visit three local women’s organisations en route.

Sonja’s goal is to raise $5,000 to support and empower women in the local region.
